Resources are categorized by the basic steps of an audit. The Audit Prep area is tailored for publishers to prepare and submit data for each phase of the audit process.

Let's get started.

If this is your first audit with AAM, first we'll to guide you through everything you'll need to know in the Initial Audit section of Audit Prep.

Before you begin your AAM audit, you will need to file your publisher's statement. Hard copy forms, helpful informational videos and guides, filing period dates and access to the Publisher Filing Center are located within the Filing Publisher's Statements section.

Once you've filed your publisher's statement, AAM will review and verify that the same claims on those statements are accurate. In order to begin the audit process, follow the steps within Audit Documentation and Submission.

Step 1: Audit Checklists and Data Descriptions

You have the option to review, save and print our helpful audit checklists. These lists reflect the data AAM needs to conduct your audit. It allows you to keep track of what you have prepared and submitted, as well as when your  information was sent to AAM.

Detailed descriptions of the data listed in these checklists are also provided in order to help you to better understand and prepare for your AAM audit. See the data descriptions links for each constituency.

Step 2: Submitting the Audit

The process of submitting an AAM audit varies for each constituency. Find out more about newspaper and magazine audit submission via hard copy or access QuickLink, our online audit submission center.
