What to Expect

Thank you for your interest in working at the Alliance for Audited Media or as we call it AAM!  Your resume and cover letter will be viewed and analyzed by a human being, so please be patient. 

If you are selected for an interview you will be called by a member of the HR team to schedule a phone screen. After the phone interview you may be invited to our office in Arlington Heights, Ill. to continue your conversation with HR and the hiring manager. You may even have an opportunity to meet with your future co-workers. If you are not selected, you will receive a call from HR to let you know.

Q: What should I wear to the interview? 

A: We’re a laid-back group. We wear jeans and sneakers almost all the time. We are not a suit and tie company, so please wear whatever you are comfortable in. If you are unsure, go with business casual.


Q: How many interviews will I have? 

A: That depends. Most candidates are given a phone interview with Human Resources first. You may then be invited in for an in-person interview. Depending on the position you may be invited in for a second in-person interview. You will be notified either way.


Q: I have trouble with stairs/accessing buildings. Is this a problem?  

A: Not at all. We have both stairs and an elevator. We are a fully compliant ADA Building. Please let us know before your interview if you need any special assistance.


Q: What questions will I be asked? 

A: That depends on the position. Our questions are geared toward your level of skill and knowledge and always based on the position for which you are applying.
